See Mr Karlakki who confirms Private will take a max of 6 weeks, the NHS quote 18weeks but reality is over 26 weeks.
July 2026 - progressing with Financial ombudsman
requesting:
1) Final email exchange with Aviva Complaints
2) the policy document .. do not believe / cannot find
here an email with policy details -
