Generally no troubles with LGBQT+ though try to be careful.
Have some issues with trans and any denial of the genome fixing the gender
It is wrong to allow anyone to simply choose to be recognised as a different gender with all the
implications for areas where single sex facilities are the norm.
There are implications in sport. Maybe simply using a testosterone level as the criteria for fair competition?
Always will be forms of cheating with drugs.
DNA reproduction makes mistakes. Not many.
My ex brother-in-law did voluntary work in Africa as a doctor and reported seeing true human hermaphrodite. ie both sex organs.
There are other concerns
Imprisoning mothers with young children.
Sex scandals come in many forms.
A reasonable society places age restrictions on all sorts of activities.
Punishment for misbehaviour is complicated.
